Founding Outside Sales Rep

• $2,000/month base, paid on top of your commission. Each month you're employed in months 1-3, you make at least $3,000.
• 20% of every payment a new customer makes in the first year of their plan (10% on one-time jobs).
• Then 5% of every payment that account makes, every year it renews, while you work here.
• Paid twice a month, as customers pay. No cap.
• If we let you go without cause, first-year commission keeps paying for 90 days on payments that come in.
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS rate, up to 1,000 miles a month.

• Sign $400,000 of yearly contracts in your first 12 months (about 40 accounts at $10,000 a year) and that year's work is worth $104,000: $24,000 base plus $80,000 commission. You're paid as those customers pay through their first year, so most of that commission lands in year two.
• Keep that pace and year two pays about $124,000 to $131,000. Year three, about $155,000 to $164,000.

Year one is the build year. Your renewals keep paying, so year two and beyond is where this job pays. If you start in winter, you'll spend it selling spring starts.

• You've been paid on results before (door-to-door, pest, solar, security, auto, retail, gym or B2B) and you liked it.
• You'd rather walk into 20 businesses than wait for a lead.
• You track your own numbers and get better every week.
• You follow up when you said you would and never promise what we can't deliver. Renewals are your paycheck.

Commercial exterior cleaning for property managers, retail centers, HOAs, restaurants and fleets: storefronts, sidewalks, drive-thrus, dumpster pads and gas stations, plus holiday lighting in winter. Every visit ends with a before-and-after photo report. Prices come from our quote app, so you never haggle, and the app shows your commission on every quote.

You'll get a list of 25 target properties and go on your first sales calls with the owner. You'll drill the quote app and practice the common objections before you work on your own.

• W-2 and at will. Paid on the 10th and the 25th.
• Most of your week is in the field. Bring your own phone and a reliable car.
• Mileage is the only benefit for now.
• You'll see the full written pay plan at the interview. Offers depend on a driving-record check.
• 12-month customer non-solicit after you leave. No non-compete.
