The first visit is always the one-time price. Plan prices are for every visit after it.
Every plan is billed after each visit. Multi-year plans step up about 4% each year.
Business prices are set for diesel at $6.30. Each month's visits go up 1% for each $0.50 (or part) the Utah AAA diesel average on the 1st is above that, never more than 10%, and down 0.5% for each full $0.50 below it. Home prices have fuel built in and no fuel adjustment.
Example: 1,500 sq ft of sidewalk is $820 for a first visit, priced on its actual size.
These are the surfaces we price most often. For anything else, choose Something else when you book, and a person will look at it.

Hot water, surface cleaner, reclaim where required
One-time is one visit. Quarterly is 4 visits a year and Monthly 12 visits a year, each on a 1-year agreement. Multi-year (2+ yrs) is 2 to 5 years at any frequency, each year about 4% higher than the one before. How often we come, how long the agreement runs and how it is billed are separate, and each is written on your quote.
Cleaning plans run year-round on our route days. In cold weather we clean only on days the forecast lets surfaces dry before freezing. If your day doesn't qualify, your visit moves at no charge to the next open route day in your window, and your billing doesn't change.
A plan renews at the end of its term unless you tell us not to, any time before the renewal date, and we send a renewal notice 35 to 55 days before it. Once any cancellation period has ended, a plan can't be cancelled for convenience, and you can change a visit date up to 48 hours before its arrival window.
A home is priced on its floor area, a building wash on its wall area, and flatwork on its surface area: your actual square footage, rounded up to the nearest $5. A size above the largest one listed is quoted on site. Mixed materials, hard access and heavy buildup are priced from the price book: a dirty first visit is 1.25 times the usual first-visit price, and a neglected one 1.5 times.
For example, a one-story house wash on a 2,400 sq ft home is $1,115 one time.

Prices are for plain concrete and vinyl or fiber cement siding. Asphalt, pavers, stamped or sealed surfaces, stucco, brick and wood are quoted on site, as are larger sites than shown and anything not in maintenance condition.
Spot work (gum, graffiti, rust, oil, efflorescence and fire lanes) and gas station canopies are quoted on site.

Sheen owns the lights. Your price covers the lights, installation, takedown, storage and any repairs during the season. Installation is scheduled from the week after Halloween; takedown by January 31. The agreement runs three seasons at the first-year price for season one and the later-years price for seasons two and three. If you end it after season one or two, the remaining light balance shown on your quote is due; after season three it continues one season at a time.

Businesses. We start clearing at 1 inch of snow. Walks, entries and pads are cleared and salted before the opening time in your agreement (7:00 am unless you tell us otherwise). Snow that falls during the day is cleared within 4 hours of it stopping, and we come back once to salt against refreeze. Homes. We start at 2 inches. Overnight snow is cleared by 9:00 am; snow that stops during the day is cleared within 12 hours. Big storms. When more than 6 inches falls in 24 hours, or snow is still falling, we clear in passes and these windows count from when the snow stops. The season. November 1 to March 31, as many visits as the weather needs, salting included. Sold by the season only.

Minimum visit: $440 one-time, $400 quarterly, $375 monthly, $355 multi-year. The minimum applies once per property per visit, to the visit's total, never to a single line. Snow and salting are priced on their own rows.
For example, 500 sq ft of driveway on its own prices at $400, under the minimum, so that visit is $440. Added to a house wash on the same visit, a driveway's first 1,000 sq ft is $255, and it counts toward the house wash's minimum. The driveway add-on is sold only with a house wash.
Free driveway: up to 600 sq ft free on the first house-wash visit, only when the driveway or patio measures 1,500 sq ft or more in total before the free portion is taken off. A patio qualifies the same way as a driveway. Example: 2,000 sq ft, 600 free, 1,400 charged.
